How do I register as a new customer?

You can register as a new customer in our online shop free of charge and without obligation. Please note that we only supply business customers and companies. Customers without a valid business registration cannot be provided with a login.

When will my access to the online shop be activated?

Your personal login for the online shop will be activated after your submitted data has been reviewed. Our customer support processes your registration on weekdays within 24 hours. We will notify you via email once your access has been activated.

Do the prices on the online shop include the statutory value-added tax?

We offer products that are subject to both, standard and marginal vat taxation. Please refer to the respective product information page to determine which tax model applies to individual offers.

Is there a minimum order value on the online shop?

The minimum order value in our online shop is €1000 net.

From what quantity do I receive a quantity discount?

For orders of 30 pieces or more, we are happy to offer individual discounts. The amount of the quantity discount varies depending on the item and total quantity. Please contact us for a non-binding offer.

Can I choose the colors of the ordered items myself?

We offer all items as standard color mixes. If you desire specific colors, please specify them when placing your order. We will accommodate your preferences based on availability.

When will I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive the official commercial invoice within 24 hours of placing your order via email.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel a placed order in writing via email. Please note that the cancellation must be made within 2 hours. We cannot accommodate late cancellation requests.

Can I return my order after receiving it?

We exclusively supply commercial businesses. Returns without prior arrangement with us are not possible. Please also refer to our general terms and conditions in this regard.

Is personal pickup of my order possible?

We utilize an external fulfillment service provider and do not offer personal pickup of your order.

Which logistics company handles the delivery?

Express shipments are sent through our logistics partner DHL Express, while standard shipping is handled via DHL.

What are the shipping costs for an order?

The shipping and packaging costs for express deliveries within Europe are 60€. Within Germany, we charge 25€ for express shipments. For standard deliveries within Europe, there is a fee of 30€, while DHL shipments within Germany cost 15€. Orders valued at or above 7,500€ are delivered within Europe for free via express shipping.

What delivery time should I expect?

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt. Express shipments will be delivered within 48 hours after dispatch, while standard shipping deliveries will arrive within 3–5 business days.

Is the shipping of my order insured?

All orders are shipped uninsured and at the recipient’s own risk. If you wish to have transport insurance, please contact our customer support. Please also refer to our general terms and conditions in this regard.

How can I file a delivery complaint?

Please submit any complaints regarding damaged goods to us promptly, but no later than the day of delivery. Please report technical defects during the warranty period. Complaints must be submitted in writing and exclusively via email, and must include the item, serial number, a description of the issue, and the original invoice number. Please also refer to our general terms and conditions in this regard.

What payment methods are available?

Please understand that we only supply new customers on a prepaid basis by wire transfer. For existing customers, we grant individual credit limits and payment terms upon agreement.

How can i order on credit line?

From the third order onwards, we offer shipping on credit line to our existing customers. For further information, please contact our customer support.

Is cash payment upon pickup possible?

We work with an external fulfillment service provider and do not offer personal pickup or cash payments of your order.

What is the warranty period for new goods?

For new items, we provide business clients a 6-month warranty from the invoice date.

How long is the warranty valid for used and refurbished goods?

Used and refurbished devices graded A+, A, and A/B come with a 3-month warranty from the invoice date. Devices graded B come with a 1-month warranty from the invoice date.

How do I report a warranty claim?

Please report technical defects during the warranty period. Complaints must be submitted in writing and exclusively via email, and must include the item, serial number, a description of the issue, and the original invoice number.

In what condition are the items offered?

Our core business is wholesale distribution of smartphones and consumer electronics. We offer new, refurbished, and used products.

Where do the offered items originate from?

We distribute devices for the European, American, and Asian markets.

Are original components used in the refurbishment process?

During the refurbishment process, we use components from various manufacturers. In the settings of the refurbished devices, there may be an indication of the use of third-party components.

What is the technical condition of used and refurbished devices?

Each device undergoes a comprehensive functional test with modern analysis software. Please refer to our function test overview for further details.

What is the visual condition of used and refurbished devices?

Our range of used and refurbished smartphones is categorized into four different optical conditions: A+, A, A/B, and B/C. Please refer to our grading overview for further details.
